NO PRACTICE DURING WINTER BREAK
  • There is no practice on Monday, December 26th and 28th due to winter break.
  • Enjoy your time off with your family and friends!
  • Cheerleaders should continue to practice their cheer and dance at home over winter break - when we come back on January 2nd, we have just 2 practices before our 2nd competition - Bring on the Heat on January 8th!

BRING ON THE HEAT CHEER COMPETITION
  • Our 2nd cheer competition is just 3 weeks away!  Saturday, January 8th at Kettle Morraine Lutheran High School (3399 Division Road, Jackson, WI).
  • Exact arrival and performance times will be shared with all families the week of January 2nd, as soon as it is released by competition organizers.
  • 5th - 6th and 8th grade cheerleaders can expect to arrive earlier than 2nd - 4th and 7th grade families as these teams have members competing as individuals.  It is important as an organization that we support and cheer on one another, and the 5th - 6th and 8th grade teams will be expected to arrive early to support their team members as they represent JLC and their teams as individuals against All-Star cheerleaders.
  • As a reminder, the final 4 practices leading up to competition are mandatory for all cheerleaders to attend the full practice.  Practice times for 5th- 6th and 8th grade are also pushed back 30 minutes to 7 - 8:30 to maximize practice time on the cheer mats.

Holiday wishes from Coach Uhrle ...
