Spiritwear T-shirt Orders Due!
  • T-shirt order forms can be found here.  Athletes that march in the Elm Grove Parade with us will wear this t-shirt in the parade.  You can order this tshirt even if you aren't marching with us in the parade as we may use this tshirt design for future community events.

Tuesdays
Team Tumbling at Heat Athletics
  • Beginner: 5 - 6pm
  • Intermediate: 6:30 - 7:30pm
  • Current session ends May 19th, and the summer session will start the week of May 20th.  Contact Coach Uhrle if you'd like to be put on the waiting list for our team tumbling classes - they fill up fast!  PRIORITY REGISTRATION WILL BE GIVEN TO 2012 - 2013 REGISTERED ATHLETES!  We currently have 6 girls on the beginner level waiting list and 2 girls on the intermediate/advanced level waiting list.
  • Team tumbling classes at Heat Athletics are offered at a discounted rate to registered Jr Lancer Cheerleaders to help them work on current and new tumbling skills under the supervision of an experienced and qualified tumbling coach.  Unlike other area gyms, Heat Athletics teaches tumbling skills specific to cheerleading, and they are the only gym that has both a full competition spring floor (to teach skills on) and a full foam floor (what JLC performs and competes on) so all JLC athletes can transition skills from the spring floor to a foam floor without having to go to another gym.  Heat Athletics is also the only gym to combine tumbling with conditioning and flexibility in their tumbling lessons as conditioning and flexibility are crucial for our athletes to perform their tumbling skills with the correct technique. Intermediate skills and higher skills must be executed with the correct technique on the foam floor to avoid injury.

Birthdays this week ...
  • May 11th - Happy Birthday Ainsley!
