  • Titanium were crowned Grand Champions by earning the highest total score out of a total of 22 grade and middle school teams!

Mat Duty Reminders
  • As a reminder, team members with assigned mat duty are responsible for moving the mats to/from the stage in the gym to the cafeteria. ALL team members are responsible for helping to roll out the mats and put the velro strips on upon arrival to practice (or helping to roll up and put the covers on after practice).
  • If there is no one in the gym, all mats can be moved through the gym to the cafeteria and back.  If there are teams present in the gym, only the 3 large mats can be moved through the gym to the cafeteria and back.  The 6 remaining smaller mats must be moved through the hallways to the gym/cafeteria.
  • A sapphire parent is required to assist with mat set-up duty with their child because they are not strong enough to move the mats on their own.

Important Titanium Update
  • Practice on Wednesday December 4th will be held at Heat from 7 - 9pm.

Important Sapphire Update
  • Titanium has updated their practice schedule which results in Sapphire being the only team with practice on the following days:
    • Wednesday 12/4 (Allie, Isabella, 1 more parent needed)
    • Monday 12/16  (Allie, 1 more parent needed)
    • Monday 1/13  (Isabella, 1 more needed)
    • Monday 1/20 (* 3 parents needed)
    • Monday 2/3 (Mackenzie, 2 more parents needed)
    • Wednesday 2/5 (* 3 parents needed)
    • Wednesday 2/12 (2 parents needed)
    • Monday 2/17 (Mackenzie, 1 more parent needed)
  • Therefore, all Sapphire team members will stay to roll up the mats on the above dates, and we will need 2 - 3 parents to help with putting the mats up on the stage on each of the above dates.
  • Each family needs to sign up for two mat clean-up duty days - please reply with your preferred dates asap - they will be filled first come, first served.

Master Calendar Updated
  • Per the team emails sent on Friday, November 15th to all current JLC families, our master calendar has been updated to reflect the new Sapphire & Titanium practice schedules.
  • Our online master calendar with all events can be found here.

    Message from Coach Uhrle ...

Each year at Thanksgiving, we are reminded to practice gratitude.  This Thanksgiving is no different, and I am so thankful for everything in my life, both big and small.  I am especially thankful to you, our JLC ohana for all of your support, flexibility, dedication, commitment, laughter, tears and friendship.  I wish each of you a blessed Thanksgiving filled with family, fellowship and love!
