    Saturday, June 7th
    • UCA Cheer Camp at Badger High School in Lake Geneva
      • Two adult chaperones and four Junior Coaches will accompany our team to camp.   Our team will also be assigned 12 - 15 UCA instructors for the duration of camp.
      • Participants will learn their halftime cheer and dance at camp, as well as go through proper stunt progressions.  Cheerleaders will be assigned to stunt groups based upon their grade level.  Please note that the stunt role that you have at camp may not be your permanent stunt role.
      • We have chartered a bus to transport our team to camp.  All cheerleaders are to meet at Brookfield Central High School at 10:15am.  Meet at the main entrance facing Gebhardt Road.  We should return around 6pm.  Parents will receive a text when we leave Lake Geneva to help anticipate our exact return time.
      • You must bring a completed and signed waiver to camp.  Please be sure to complete all areas of the form or you will not be permitted to get on the bus.
      • Girls should wear our pink spirit wear tee (or a light pink shirt if they didn't order the pink spirit wear tee) and black shorts.  Cheer or closed toe athletic shoes must also be worn.  Hair should be pulled away from your face in a high ponytail, and you should wear the pink polka dot cheer bow if you ordered one.  Please wear any cheer bow if you didn't order the pink polka dot cheer bow.  Please remove all jewelry and leave at home.  There will be no supervision of personal belongings at camp, and JLC and UCA will not be responsible for any lost/stolen items.
      • All cheerleaders should apply sunscreen before they arrive at BCHS, and also bring sunscreen with them to camp.  We will be outdoors for at least half of the camp, so sunscreen is a must!!
      • Cheerleaders must pack a lunch which will be eaten immediately upon our arrival at camp.  I recommend using lunch bags or small coolers and include ice packs to keep food items and drinks cold.  You should bring several water bottles and light snacks (think snacks that can be eaten in 1 - 2 minutes during a water break).  You can also bring a heavier snack to eat on the way home.  There will be no concessions or vending machines available for purchases - please be sure to pack enough to last you through the day.
      • The following cheerleaders are confirmed YES to attend camp with us:  Ainsley, Alena, Ana, Ari, Arianna, Betty, Brenda, Chelsea, Chiara, Cristina, Elizabeth, Eva, Grace, India, Jenna, Katelyn, Katy, Kendall, Kierra, Lyla, Mackenzie, Marisa, Megan, Meghan, Melanie, Mia, Molly, Morgan, Natalie M, Natalie S, Olivia, Pickles, Sami, Sara, Sophie, Tatiana
      • The following cheerleaders are confirmed that they are UNABLE to attend camp with us:  Angelina, April, Brooke, Elaina, Hazel, Madelyn & Tirzah.
      • I am still awaiting responses from the following cheerleaders:  Jada & Lauren.
      • If any team member is a no-show the day of camp, they will be assessed the camp registration fee.
    • Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough Fundraiser Begins
      • Fundraising packets will be distributed at BCHS when we return from cheer camp.  If your daughter is not attending camp, and you would like a packet, they will be available for pick-up at my home beginning June 8th.
